Answer #1

The Human Resource Management stream is completely going to change in the next 10-15 years because the work culture is increasingly changing over the years. Economies and firms are now moving towards digitization and artificial intelligence rather than merely interacting with human beings, that was once the case a decade back. Also, the hierarchical structure is observing dramatic changes because now even a manager and a normal employee share a much more friendly relation than what it used to be earlier where there were strict differences in hierarchy. This could probably the case because today skills are given more importance over the years of experience in a company.
