Answer #1

Effective and Error Tolerance:

The website has to be effective in order to be complete and accurate.

Accuracy plays a major role in terms of banking since we deal with money. User will not use the website if he/she is not able to accomplish the goals.

Error Tolerance is equally important since a small error will have huge impact on the customer's trust on the bank itself.

The website should be in such a way that it prevents error as much as possible and even if the user makes a mistake, it should provide an option to rectify immediately .
