Ans: It is dangerous to use a tool lie tcpreplay because it has a tendency to replay the malacious traffic patterns to Intrusuin detection, which may sometimes becomes a global problem and keeps the server always busy from operating.

Another problem while using tcpreplay is that it replays the pcap as new traffic and thus the timestamps do not reflect the original timestamp from the pcap.
