The project manager should impliment the following steps:

1.Analyze,plan and understand:

The first step in the implementation process should begin with a thorough review of your business requirements and processes, to identify what is working well and which aspects of your business that may need improvement and refinement.

2.Design,Develop and Build:

This is used to validate those business processes and system functionality detailed in the project plan.

3.Test,Train and accept:

This step includes teaching your staff the best practices and procedures to deliver the required functionality.

4.Implement and Go-Live:

In this step you should have to  make the final transition to the new system.

5.Ongoing Support:

After launching the system the support will be given to maintain the system.

Problems you may encounter on this project are as follows:

1.Theft of Data

2.Passwords.

3.Backup copies.

4.Security for Backup

5.Network Control

To solve the above problems related to data we should have to protect our data using firewalls,and Encryption mechanisms.

A firewall is a hardware security device that is installed between a computer network and the Internet. It acts like a Web server, routing traffic, but also blocks external users from accessing the internal computer system.

By setting strong passwords and uinsg encryption we can solve the problems encountered in Computerized accounting system.
