The title of the course is SYSTEM ANALYSIS AND DESIGN. All answers should be based on that. Please do not copy and paste answers on chegg or on google for me. All answers should be based on your understanding on the course. Please try as much to answer the questions based on what is asked and not setting your own questions and answering them. Let it be if you want to copy and paste answers.

2.Design,Develop and Build:
This is used to validate those business processes and system functionality detailed in the project plan.
3.Test,Train and accept:
This step includes teaching your staff the best practices and procedures to deliver the required functionality.
4.Implement and Go-Live:
In this step you should have to make the final transition to the new system.
5.Ongoing Support:
After launching the system the support will be given to maintain the system.
Problems you may encounter on this project are as follows:
1.Theft of Data
2.Passwords.
3.Backup copies.
4.Security for Backup
5.Network Control
how you can possibly solve each of the problems
you discussed in (β) above.
To solve the above problems related to data we should have to protect our data using firewalls, and Encryption mechanisms.
A firewall is a hardware security device that is installed between a computer network and the Internet. It acts like a Web server, routing traffic, but also blocks external users from accessing the internal computer system.
By setting strong passwords and uinsg encryption we can solve the problems encountered in Computerized accounting system.
How your project team will
execute activities during the Initial Investigation
phase of this project.
* The project team will have to identify the requirements of the project.
* What is the software and Hardware we have to need to develope the project.
* And what technologies we need to develop the project.
* And Assigning the work to each people in the Project Management.
Technical Feasibility:
The organization contains required equipment or not and the required software and the employees or not.
The organization consists of required softwares like computers or not.
Economic Feasibility:
Economic Feasibility involves cost to develop and install the system.
Operational Feasibility:
The study involves in finding whether the system will be used if it is developed and implemented.
