Quantity surveyor employed by the Contractor do Adminstration,planning,Project Management and timley checking of the path of the project.

Quantity Surveyor employed by the Contractor also has to do things out of his work area like Sub-Contract formation, and dealing with cost and values of project which will include the cash flows and payments.

Quantity Surveyor employed by the Contractor reports to the contractor only and has the duty of the management of the project from start to the finish of the project.
