2. The type of contract employed and between which parties (diagram the organizational relationships and types of contracts in a and b)
3. When the concept phase for the project began and on what dates the designer and constructor were hired.
4. The number of subcontractors used and under what type of contract they were hired.
5. Project risk and how the delivery method and contract types were able to shift it.

By researching a local project which involves the construction of villas and apartments.

1. Construction planning multi Prime delivery Method – By considering the lowest bid price the project awarded. It doesn’t involves design part it only includes execution part. In the above project also the contractor only execute the project.
2. The unit price contract employed between Client and Contractor where as Lump sum contract fixed between Contractor and Sub contractor.
3. The designer hired at the time of drawing phase itself where as instructor hired at the time of project execution.
4. For each activity the subcontractors hired , like

• Construction of all structural members such as beams , columns and walls.
• Shuttering and Formwork
• Plastering
• Block work
• Painting
• Doors and shutters fixing

And all the subcontractors hired on Lumpsum Contract basis only.
