We know that for every raise in ten degree celcius the rate of reaction should double

That is milk at 6o C is raised to 16o C the rate of reaction is doubled and therefore reaction should complete in 25 hours

If the temperature of milk is raised again 10o C, the rate should once again should become double, that is rate is increased 3 times when compared to rate at 6o C and therfore reaction should complete in 6 hours

therefore at 17 hours reacton should comlete in 23 hors( slghtly less than at 25 degree)
