Biotin (B7) used to control hair loss ,brittlenails,skin problems and mild depression.it also involves in functioning of cardovascular muscles and metabolism of carbohydrates and aminoacids.

Pyridoxin(B6) is used to maintain healthy nerves,skin and rbc also in proper functioning of nerves, metabolism of fats.

Linolenic acid is conjugate pair of linoleicacid which involve in controle of skin diseases like psoriasis, sclerosis etc. So finally these three suppliments given to treat skin problems and depression.
