Astronauts spending time in the space station will have vision problems . This is because of the lack of gravity and postural related pressure changes on the brain. The body is confused and the CSF (cerebro spinal fluid ) which surrounds the brain and present in ventricles can't adjust appropriately based on the position of the individual. Because of this, the CSF gets accumulated behind the eye ball and aso with in the ventricles.  Such accumulation can cause pressure on the opetic nerve , which may result in short sightedness. So even after the austonauts return back to earth, for months the short sightedness continues. The returned astronauts have flat eye balls and inflammation of the optic nerve. So . all the eye probles are due to the lack of gravity and the postural changes that the astronauts have to make when they are in the space station for long. LOnger an astronaut stays on the space station , he effects will be greater. The condition has the potential to lead to blindness if stay becomes too long.

An astronaut who stayed in space for over 6 months had his vision change from 20/20 to 20/200.

Tattooing of the eye is not a good idea. Because though the sclera is tough, the moment the fluid is poured on to the white of the eye, it spreads all over the eye. Inserting needle in to the eye sometimes can damage the eye , if the hand is not stable. Some times it can cause eye infection. Eye tattooing is not reversible. They can cause sever pain and inflammation of the eye. Unskilled hands may inject more fluid int he region leading to many complications.

Even if it is done by a skilled person, it can bring unexpected consequences permanently. This can happen especially while tottooing eye balls black, which can scare people permanently. If a person has sclera colored black and if they have brown or black eye balls, people can't say where they are looking and that can scare the people permanently. So, such consequences are bad . That is why nobody should think of having the eye tattoo.
