Ans.1.cells need energy to survive and that comes from ATP. ATP is adenosine triphosphate.cells obtain maximum energy from aerobic respiration which gives 36 molecules of ATP from glucose.if oxygen is not present in the body in adequate amount then cells obtain energy from anaerobic pathway which gives 2 moles of ATP.So if aerobic respiration stops then number of molecules of ATP becomes less.So less energy will be available to the cells.
2.This can affect survival of the cells as cell perform numerous functions and to perform these functions body needs energy. So if less energy is available then cell may die.
