Viruses which relies on low pH for entry are Influenza,Rubella,Dengue ,Vaccinia, Andes ,SFV (Semliki forest virus), etc.

Viral fusion proteins can be categorised under small number of structural classes:

A) influenza virus

B)flavivirus-alphavirus,bunyaviruses

C)rhabdoviruses,herpesviruses

In case of class 1 viral fusion proteins ,require low pH to make it fusogenic.In other classes, it induces triggering which further recognises the surface lattice and follow up with trimerization of fusion proteins.
