Pancreatic juice release from the pancreas. Pacreatic enzymes are alkaline in naturewhen food enters to the duodenum it mix with pancreatic enxyme that help digestion of proteins, carbohydrates and fats.

Pancreatic enzymes break down food in the small intestine.

Pancreatic juice is alkaline in nature because of a high concentration of bicarbonate ions this helps to neutralize the acidic gastric juice from the stomach.

Bile is a yellow-green fluid that is made by the liver, stored in the gallbladder. Bile helps with digestion. It breaks down fats into fatty acids, which can be taken into the body by the digestive tract.
