The option A is correct. Actinomycosis which cause multiple sinuses in cervicofacial environment , along with involvement of other organs. Both Nocardiosis and actinomycosis has lung, pulmonary involvement etc. Poor oral hygiene, dental trauma etc. , and slowly spread to face and other soft tissue . The induration slowly develops into inflamed sinuses. All are Gram positive organism but A and b are different class that possess charachter of fungi and bacteria as well. Actinomyces israyeli are important which forms fistules and inflammation in mucosal walls. The organism is anaerobe but others are aerobic. Nocardia is a bacterial genus under Actinomycetes which cause localised supportive lesion.
