Three-dimensional structures of proteins called as secondary and tertiary structures, which are stabilized by formation of hydrogen bonds and disulfide bridges. Secondary structure is the set of interactions between bases in nucleic acids. In DNA double helix, the two strands of DNA are held together by hydrogen bonds .
