Generally feamle lay eggs and male fertilizes them but male fish and female fish looks same. Farmers needs to distinguish them as require male fish which grows bigger than female. There are clues which help them to distinguish between male and female fish. There are several openings are present near the tail which are present different in male fish and female fish. Other differences are present in their internal organs. Also behavior of male fish and female fish are different after spawning.
