Human rights are rights given to each and every human for their optimal development and happiness. Whereas cultural rights are dominated by the majority trend. As gender is a socially constructed concept that has a eminent part in every culture, dominance of man is considered to be the right of every man in the society. This violates the human right of every female in the society, as they are prevented from their right to life for their optimal development and happiness and are subjugated under male dominance.
