In this case, I would make it larger than it normally is. Remember that one of the main differences between prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells is that eukaryotic cells posses membrane enclosed organelles which allow them to accomplish much more specialized processes. For this reason is why eukaryotic cells are able to function so well.
If we increase the size of an eukaryotic cells, the cell will be able to posses much more specialization and maybe we could observe more organelles and more functions. Additionally, increasing its size, we are actually increasing its macromolecules content which is important for all of the cellular activities.
