There are two florescent tags that initially used on the experiment namely GFP and the red florescent tag, GFP binds to the receptors and red tag binds to the cholesterol droplet. Here three out comes observed one is green coloured endosomes indicate the endosomes with receptors on their membrane. Red florescent endosome indicates the endoscope with cholesterol on its lipid layer and the yellow coloured endosome is indicates the endoscope which has both the receptor and the cholesterol as well.
