Exercises help maintain the physical fitness and overall health of individuals. Exercises also help lower risks of diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, myocardial infarction, heart failure by improving cardiovascular, respiratory and musculoskeletal strength and fitness.
Exercises can be performed in groups or individually. But research and study shows tgat prople who exercise in groups have higher adherence to exercises. Exercising in groups not only give better physiological brnefits but also yield better psychological and social outcomes. Group exercises serve to provide benefits of bonding with other people and social support. In group exercises people share their experiences related to exercise with each other.
When people hear about positive gains of other people through exercise they become motivated and adhere to exercises.

Also in group exercises, peopld see the results by themselves which motivate them to exercise regularly.
