Answer #1

The heart is responsible to pump blood to the whole body and when there is a Heart complication heart needs rest. Arms are more close to the heart than other working body parts. When we are working arm. The blood supply to the arms increases making the heart to beat faster and pump more blood the arms. If it's the leg we are working with the blood supply will note be that much high because the blood is flowing towards the direction of gravity. If it's hand the blood supply will be high so that the blood supply will be perpendicular or opposite to the gravity. So the blood supply will be more as the demand for oxygen in the arms increases. It will lead to increase in blood pressure, increase vin heart beat and. Increase in contraction making the heart to function more efficiently. Thus the complications of the heart worsens. So Bruce is suggested to limit the work with arms
