ANSWER: Cervical plexus- phrenic nerve. It arises from anterior rami of C3 to C5. It provides motor innervation to diaphragm.
Brachial plexus- Musculocutaneous nerve, axillary nerve, radial nerve, median nerve and ulnar nerve. Of this Musculocutaneous nerve is the largest nerve of brachial plexus.
Lumbar plexus- Femoral nerve. It is the largest nerve of this lumbar plexus which innervates the anterior part of the thigh and muscles supplying in that region.
Sacral plexus- Sciatic nerve. It is the largest nerve of the plexus. It is also the longest and widest single nerve of the body.
