Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia

It is disorder of genetic mutation in the adrenal gland that is in the adrenal cortex that causes production of less cortisol and causes deficiency of the enzyme 21-hydroxylase which is required for the production of adrenal steroid hormones and over production adrenal androgens.There attains lot of hypothalamic pitutary distrabances and sperm production abnormalities.Due to this hormonal distrabances the patient may develop testicular adrenal rest tumours that leads to obstruction of seminiferous tubules and leads to obstructive azoospermia.And the patient becomes infertile.
