5-Tubular secretion is the process by which the some substances from Vasa recta are secreted into tubular lumen. Most of the harmful substances of body in addition to filtration are secreted in tubular lumen. Urea, uric acid, creatinine, H+, ammonium ions and K+ undergo secretion in different parts of nephron.
6- Aldosterone is secreted in response to increased angiotensin-2 due to RAAS activation. Aldosterone acts on DCT and increases sodium reabsorption and increase H+ and K+ ions secretion in filtrate.
