Answer #1

corona virus was evoluted to became as more infectious virus .

structure of this virus contains viral genome (ssRNA),protein shell, hemagglutinin esterase dimer ,envelope ,m-protein,e-protein,spike glycoprotein.

virus comes contact with nose, throat and lungs .

spike proteins binds on the specific ACE-2 receptors. virus release the ssRNA into ACE-2 .undergo translation to from polyproteins as viral components .

release of interleukon 1,6 & INF - alpha and they travel to blood and its enter into hypothalamus .may cause increase body temperature ,chill fever.

virus attack on the alveoli mainly its damage the type -2 pneumocytes and also type 1 pneumocytes,

Type 2 pneumocyte damage leads to surfactant willn't produce ,leads to increase the surface tension of the alveoli sacs.its causes to collapse the aveoli sacs .

TYPE 1pneumocyte damage leads to impairment of gaseous exchange.

increase surface tension leads to increase capillary pressure.it may cause to vasodilation, capillary permeability, bronchopneumonia, alveolar edema, impairent of gaseous exchange, hypoxia.

increase inflammation in circulatory system leads to vasodilation .it may leads to decrease bp .decrease perfusion ,finally its leads to multi organ failure .

if insufficient immune system may leads to death.so,we have to maintain our immune system strong enough to fight against the corona virus.
