Everyday I face the problem of which items I should carry to work

Either I carry my laptop, or my phone charger or my umbrella

Apparently my bag is strong enough to let me carry just 2 of these items (and not all 3)

Its also rainy season here, so chances of it raining (and me needing my umbrella) are quite high

Thus, I have a certain utility of each of these items, say Laptop - 40%, Phone Charger - 40%, Umbrella - 20% (on most days)

But on rainy days: Laptop - 20%, Phone Charger - 40%, Umbrella - 40% (on most days)

So depending on the day I want to maximize either or
