The company is providing a service of renting a venue and place such as futsal court, badminton court booking and etc. There are several problems which face by the company in which they have to do it manually. One of the problems maybe during booking of venue. Another problem maybe face by the employee is to reserve the place in the hall before collecting the pass to be physically in the court. Booking of the sport equipment or venue from the sport center also can be done using system and many more. The program develop requires the user to input compulsory information such as personal details. Program need to display the output of all the details needed based on the topic and problem chosen.

after Analysing the above situation i am going to develop a program which will be helpful in these all stuffs.

so my program will:

take useful or compulsary inputs from the users

and then establishing a online and dynamic communication between user and admin, and admin among their employee.

admin will show type of halls or venue they have available

and user will come after authenticating to book venue online if it is available.

admin will maintain the profile section of user for editing their details and showing booking status

Objective:

so main objective to develop this program is that , we become able to overcome all the problem that we have face

like physical availability of the user while booking and stuffs that admin and user will do manually

overall our objective is to establishing a online and dynamic communication between user and admin for renting and  booking hall or venues

problem statement:

developing a program for a rental company for booking of hall and venues online

if we will talk about the scope of this program then it is absolutely higher. because this will overcome the problem of user and admin that they manually do, and even in manually they face lots of probelms.

    • if payment accept then message to the user that payment is confirmed

    • otherwise give him option to 'notify me' when it is available
