Briefly describe a policy that will deliver some cost savings to the US healthcare system

Solution: The biggest problem with the healthcare system is not that the US Government is not spending enough money on health care but the money which is spent is not used in an optimal manner. Still, the healthcare system is facing a lot of issues like clinic wastage or mismanagement, inefficiency in administration, overpayment for material in case of supply shortage etc. We can deliver cost saving by the following measures:-

(1) The improvement in the operational process and procedures of the healthcare system through effective standardization and simplification.

(2) Better arrangement of suppliers of material proactively so that material is acquired economically.

(3) Better retention of the existing employees has also facilitated savings in trading and development cost.

(4) Effective internal control and check system facilitate prevention in unnecessary cost and frauds too.
