Cyber attack on the nation is considered as the exploitation of the confidentialty of the whole procedures of the nation.Cyber attack on the govt in the form of hacking,accessing,cyber terrorism etc.

As a cyber expert appointed by the govt ,then the expert has more responsibilities to protect the govt confidentiality,The rersponsibilities are:

• Seeking the proper way to secure the IT infrastucture of the govt
• Check the risk inolved in the network and data centres
• Build a security during the development stages of software systems
• Monitoring of cyber attacks

Following legal procedures used for the govt to control the cyber attacks:

• Formulation and appliying of law that provide punishment on individual ,those who are using the internet for threaten the govt sector
• Punishment for attempting and developing a site for sending the confidential data to others
• Punnishment for those who perform the unwarrented viloaltion of privacy of others.
