Answer #1

yes, there must be public funded healthcare system in the US, Because it will allow access to everyone in providing treatment of disease and healthcare services. Although Public hospital run by govermnet charges low service fee which are affordable to everyone and maitain equality among publics. It is important for promoting and maintaing health services.

It is not necessary that quality and cost are corrrlated. If government tegulation is strict, then public hospital will provide better services in healthcare system to public at lower fee.

Quality of treatment and cost should nit be correlated, publich health is merit good and it can be conpromised on the basis of cost and thier quality.
