Yes, Since the CEO's job is related to being the creative and skillful thinker, always thinking on new and innovative ideas and to be rewarded for all the good and hard work being done at the top managerial level.

reduction in the compensation levels of the CEO would definitely exert a pressure on CEO's mind, that he will. ot be rewarded for the contribution and continuous improvement, and that will be shown in his productivity and woud look for other alternatives nd would not give it's 100% intoorganisation's growth and evolution.
