  1. Business Intelligence Program: Business Intelligence (BI) is a technology based process which helps in analyzing data using various tool and present data which is effective in efficient decision making.

  1. Data Stewardship: It is management of organisation’s data asset , which provide the high quality date to the users of the data. It basically bridges the gap between IT Department and users of data within the organization.

  1. Data Acquisition: Since data is available in different format and it is not possible to analyse data in every format. Data Acquisition means acquiring data from the resources around us and save in the digitizing form in the computer for the analysis and other purposes.
