1)It must be clear and should not confuse the employees. Unclear and confusing guidelines may effect the productivity of employees due to the confusion in their minds.

2)At the time of sorting an issue like conflicts among employees a wrong dructure or wrong delivery communication may lead to rise of new issues.

3)A proper structure and delivery of communication is very necessary as there will be diversified employees in the organisation and improper communication may lead to problems.
