Better performances is not the hard work of only one person but it is the collective responsibility of the manager and other employment to work directed towards to achievement of the goals. No one can be perfect in all forces of task environment. For better outcome and smooth management no the various forces of task it becomes necessary to share the information among themselves.

Effective communication in the organization have a positive impact on performance of employees by increasing employee morale, retention rate and the overall productivity of the working environment. It helps to avoid misunderstanding and leads to healthy culture in the organization.

It helps the manager to give clear directions and giving exact direction to employees makes their works less stressful, faster, more efficient and improves productivity.

The sharing of information and effective communication among the manager and employee helps to share their experience which helps them to work efficiently. A proper communication helps to sharing of ideas and leads to a coordinated approach in settlement of the problems. Communication helps the employee to get the nerves of job and with experience achieved by sharing of information helps them to manage their jobs. Effective Communication among the department improves work performance by eliminating the hurdles which arises due to miscommunication. A better communication establishes cordial relations among the employee and manager which avoid the possible causes conflicts among the employees.

Most of the problem can be easily solved with debate and discussion and that is only possible with effective communication.

Commission helps to improve the accountability as clear instructions are provided to the workers. They know what is expected from them and what they have to deliver. For managing a store there is need that effective communication exist in the organization.
