Ability to work and share multiple workbooks would be essential when the team of 3-4 members are working on the same set of the data and they have to record their workings upon the same data as done by their peers instead of seperate files.

The biggest hurdle would be to review and track the changes made by each user, this can be done by

review->share workbook->share workbook->check the checkbox in the share workbook pop up->click on advanced->choose the desired options->click ok.
