Write anyone example (of your choice) for an open loop system. Write the reason (in specific, in terms of its working and exact physical quantity measured, ‘general statements are not required!!’); why it is an open loop system? Suggest a method to transform this system into an automatic control system, explain.

A Bread Toatser can be a good example of a open loop system. Once the slice of bread is inserted in the toaster and timer is set, the leveris pushed down to begin the toaster. Once the time gets completed, the timer pushes the bread out and toaster work is done. Since the output here does not depend on the control and action of the input signal, that is why it is an open loop control system.

If the timer is removed from the aforesaid toaster, then it would become an automatic control system.Basically, the control measures are continuously checked and operated accordingly.
