Answer #1

Answer)

There are different arguments about personality assesments at the time of selection. Some argue that it would be done to know the Personality, attitude towards work, dedication etc to evaluate whether a person would fit into certain role for which he is applying for while some argue that it is qualification rather than fit is important as verification of one or two attributes won't be useful.

I support personality assestment be used in selection as a fit to job is very important as the employee must intaract with many people like his boss, fellow employees,Clients etc and lack of required attitude will definitely create a problem like disturbance of harmony in the team, loss of customers permanently et
