The 5 policies are:-

  • · Sequentially all the employes will have to give extempore on the the topics given by the board (the topics will generally e related to new and upcomming finance regulations)
  • · Compulsary training will be conducted of all the employees quarterly. Employees who will under perform may have to repeat the training.
  • · The employees are required to be well versed with technical analysis of the Stocks and comodities. Fundamental analysis will be part of the quarterly training of the employees.
  • · The code of conduct of the organization should be abruptly followed.
  • · Annual summit will be conducted where 3 employees will be given opportunity to explain there innovative ideas. The idea if deemed to be significant will be implimented where the implementation will be lead by the employee contributing the idea.
