A positive corporate culture creates a healthy work environment and enables employees to feel valued and a valuable part of the team. A positive corporate culture helps in creating mutual respect across employees and customers. Also formed a healthy partnership among employees and they work more effectively and efficiently.

Where, if any organization has negative corporative culture employees feel undervalued and demotivated. This will result in unhealthy working environment as well as unhealthy partnership among employees. They have poor performance and no enthusiasm to work. They may have less respect for company as well as other employees.
