Answer #1

I work in an IT organization and the main issue or trend that affects our organization is the development of new technologies in the IT field. As the time goes on, IT is growing and the number of technologies is increasing. The firm needs to provide enough training for the employees to ensure sustained growth. Though the technological developments provide opportunities for our organization to grow in the market by incorporating the changes, it imposes significant threats as well. If our organization is not able to prepare the employees according to the developments by providing necessary training, our organization may lose in the tight competition to become the best IT company in the market. The employee satisfaction also gets affected if the firm is not able to provide sufficient growth opportunities according to the trends in the job market. This may lead to employee turnover as employees leave the organization in search for companies that provide better growth opportunities.
