INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS Impact of Human behavior on IT changes Information technology is essential in every organization to ensure its services are working. Unethical behavior by IT personnel or hackers can bring the entire organization to a halt by either delaying services or shutting its operations. People hesitate to use an organizations internet based and E-commerce services if concerns exist about the integrity of their system. Strategy to minimize the risks A security bridge is needed at hands on working information technology employees within an organization as well as in the form of hackers outside the organization's firewalls. Use of passwords is another strategy to curve the human risks associated to information technology users in the company.
