Each law enforcement agency covered by the text includes complaints from the populace about treatment received from their police. Why do you believe the problem of police mistreatment and brutality is such a common topic, even in such a low-crime and seemingly polite society as Japan? As a leader of a United States law enforcement agency, what actions would you take in an attempt to reduce reports of police mistreatment/brutality?
The reason behind that the problem of police mistreatment and brutality is a common topic is that the duty of policemen is not easy so most of the time they suspect people instead of trusting and behaving well with them because criminals and common people cannot be identified just by looks.
To reduce reports of police mistreatment or brutality we can introduce a public interaction program for policemen in which they will learn to deal with the populace in a polite manner if people behave nicely and this can be done with the help of criminology psychologists.
