The White American medical establishment has benefited from the exploitation of the bodies of people of color due to the prevalent discrimination of the people of color by the capitalist white American class that was in power and had enslaved them. This exploitation i.e. medical apartheid continues from the era of slavery to the present day, as black America’s have been made experimental subjects at the hands of the medical establishment, (Washington, 2006)
