Answer #1

I would transformative approach. I believe everything is dependant upon this approach. We can see many changes since 1990 till 2018 and lot of changes from 1970 till today. Due to globalization everything has changed. The new era of internet and digitalization is responsible for all the changes. Let us take eg of education, these days the online fee payment, grade system, educational presentation, website have all emerged. One can have the information about foreign university sitting at home, everything is mentioned including courses, fees, staff involved etc.

Even in government sector take eg of India where UID or adhar card is mandatory. We need to apply online for all these. Earlier we used to get passport forms in office but now we have to fill it online. This has rquicken the process to a larger extent and also stopped dependancy and corruption as everything is clear on the screens
