Analysis of behavioural implications of contemporary organizational designs such as virtual, team and boundaryless organizations is given below:

The Virtual Organization refers to the comparatively small and core organization that does not represent attributes of the firm and outsource most of the functions of the business. It is based on information technology support, relationship, alliance, partnerships etc.

On the other hand, the boundaryless organization is contemporary approach.it is not defined by any limit boundaries (vertical or horizontal) created by the preexisting structure. The term boundaryless organization is given by Jack Welch, the chairman of GE(general electronic) because he wants to eliminate the boundaries (vertical, horizontal and external) between customer, suppliers and company.
