Specific steps — aside from building more clinics — that the leadership in developing countries can take to improve their health care systems and, as a consequence, the health of the population is education people about hygiene, prevention of diseases by change in lifestyle such as proper; sleep, healthy balanced diet and physical activity such as exercise. In case of disease people can be educated to control the spread of infectious disease and in case of chronic disease management of disease by lifestyle change and medication.
