How can we, as a society, confront white priviege even when individuals may not know that they are benefiting from white privilege?

White privelege is an Implicit norm that has been followed by certain societies, wherein the people who are white experience and are subjexted to certain benefits by virtue of race and complexion.

We can see the society supporting white privileges from something as simple as preference to something as big as merit.

One of the most widely prevalent conducts of white privilege is seen in police and task forces wherein the blacks are always suspected more and held on to more, which is called racial profiling, although they are innocent.

Confronting this implicit norm is of utmost importance. And this can ?? done by first awareness campaigns so that people realise they are experiencing white privileges, only from identification can the problem be intervened.
