Mid life crisis is something that all face in this stage of life.Social relationships play an important role in getting better with age.There is greater positivity than negativityb as they get older and older they get the act of kindness sets in.They have reached a stage where the children are set to settle in their lives and children are ready to move out of the house for higher education.According to Erik Erikson parents at his stage are subject to change and they are making plans for their retirement.Sigmuend Freud staes that goal in adulthood is to develop a balance between all areas in adulthood and a healthy adult is one who can love and work.They go through h changes between generavity and stagnation.Adult must find ways to contribute to the society and meaningful to them to resolve this conflict.
