On the other hand civil laws are general laws that resolves the between families and domestic institutions,organization.In civil law affected people are compensate by offenders. It is filled by plaintiff.
Criminal laws are concerned with crime that are committed against the society. It is filed by the government. Main purpose of this is to protect the law and order.
