I have used job websites such as monther, naukri, linked in many a time. These days these websites cover all recriuitment entirely. There are many recruitment agencies who use these job tolls for searching candidates as candidates upload their resume, profile on such websites, hence by taking contact no, they contact them and schedule the interview with the company and client. If selected the agency would get some commision. These job portals also have their own teams which unite employees and the companies.

A person should always take care while writing resume and cover letter. As resume is as good as an employee speaking about himself.It should neither be too big nor too small, no point should be over or under empasized. Use classic english language should be avoided, the langugage should be crisp and to the point. It should always include contact no. and email id.

References are not significant during resume, they can be given upon if asked for background verification. It would unnesarily increase length of resume or interview also.
