once an organization determines that some aspect of its operations needs to change, they must translate what they want to change to how they want to change it. At the point where the plan is implemented, inevitably problems arise. Rarely is a strategy or plan implemented perfectly, mainly because it’s impossible to foresee every problem and accurately assess how employees with react in a given situation. Discuss two strategies, tools, or control systems which an organization could utilize to determine whether or not a plan is working as intended (e.g., customer surveys, profits/losses, etc.). Also include information about who is responsible for managing these control systems. Finally, incorporate factors specific to the saudi arabia which would positively or negatively impact these strategies.

PS please provide an answer different from the ones already presented on this website

Answer #1

Firstly the main problems with tools and control system. We must check the tools and systems are updates so that the organisation work with better power. And also check the repairing facility of old machines that are usually worked.. So from that half of the problems is solved. For that we have to do customer surveys how they are benefitted from this. Are they really happy with that? So from that slsurveys we can found out the real problems and easily work out on the problems. And the main part is profit and loss. If i invwested more but we cant get profut then this will be very worse. So as well as qe find out the more profit by investing low. We have to workout on this.

Specially the managers are responsible for this.. Tools and machines those are maintaind by managers and workers if they give the best advice workers will do it better. Beacause workers need motivation and a good leader so that they can also influence to do any work.
